ARDROX 6333A Alkaline Metal Cleaner
Liquid, Multi-Metal, Alkaline Cleaner for Spray and Agitated Immersion Applications.

Primary Application
ARDROX 6333A is a liquid, multi-metal, alkaline cleaner for spray and agitated immersion applications. This unique formulation can be used on iron, steel, aluminum, zinc, titanium, copper brass and magnesium when operating within parameters.
A Product of Chemetall U.S., Inc.
ARDROX 6333A has no EDTA-type chelates which can interfere with precipitation waste treatment systems, but it does have sequestrants to reduce scale from hard water salts. Because it is free-rinsing, ARDROX 6333A is ideal for use prior to conversion coating processes.

Application Procedure:
Spray: Use ARDROX 6333A in spray washers at between 2% and 10% by volume, 120° to 180 °F (49° to 82 °C). Precise concentration, temperature, and exposure time depend on soils, extent of build-up, and conveyor line speed.
Immersion: Use ARDROX 6333A in agitated immersion tanks at 5 – 30% by volume, 140° to 180 °F (60° to 82 °C). Precise concentration, temperature, and immersion time depend on soils and extent of build-up. For cleaning magnesium, the solution pH should be maintained above 11.
